Prince Harry's recent interviews have apparently reached the ears of Queen Elizabeth II.
In recent weeks, Harry has made headlines with interviews on The Armchair Expert podcast and in his docuseries The Me You Can't See. In both, he spoke candidly about his mental health and the toll that royal life took on him — at times placing blame on his family and upbringing.
The Queen's reported reaction to Harry's new interviews
This weekend, Daily Mail reported word of the Queen's feelings on Harry's latest comments. They claim she is "shaken" by what her grandson has said about the family and its connection to Prince Charles and herself.
A royal source told Daily Mail that the Queen "has taken this very personally and is deeply upset by what Harry has said, in particular his comments about Charles's parenting and suggesting his father knows no better because of how he was brought up.
"It has been a very upsetting time," the source added. Despite the report, the Queen has not commented on Prince Harry's interviews, other than to address the racism allegations from his initial Oprah TV special.

Prince Harry has made similar comments in two interviews in the last two weeks, the first coming on The Armchair Expert podcast on May 13.
The big headline from the podcast was Harry discussing "pain and suffering" in the Royal Family, which he feels has been passed down through generations via parenting. He added that he wants to break that cycle for his children and left behind royalty to do so.
The podcast appearance was followed this week by extensive interviews with Prince Harry on his and Oprah Winfrey's new docuseries The Me You Can't See.
This included Harry making the accusation that he was "met with total silence, total neglect" when he reached out to his family amid his and Meghan's struggles with mental health.
In the series, he also echoed the comments about Prince Charles's lack of compassion as a parent, saying: "My father used to say to me when I was younger, he used to say to both William and I, 'Well it was like that for me so it's going to be like that for you.'"
So far, neither the Palace nor the family have addressed these interviews. Days after the podcast, Prince Charles was asked about his son's remarks, but he ignored the question.
But the interviews have reportedly caused new tensions with the Palace and, if the new report is accurate, the Queen wasn't fond of Harry's openness either. The Duke is next expected to unite with his family on July 1 to unveil a statue of Princess Diana in the UK.
