Christian Bale is known for his iconic portrayal of "Batman" in director Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy. But the actor is now set to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
Bale is confirmed to appear in the fourth entry of the Thor movies in 2021. He will portray a so far unspecified villain in Thor: Love & Thunder.

Thor 4: Love & Thunder - What we know so far
Thor: Love & Thunder is still a ways away from hitting theatres. It's scheduled for a November 2021 release. But fans are already generating hype for the film.
Love & Thunder is expected to see Natalie Portman return to the film series, this time as a "Female Thor" beside Chris Hemsworth's "Thor." Director Taika Waititi returns to write and direct the film after the success of Thor: Ragnarok in 2017.

Movies with Christian Bale: Add Thor, a Marvel movie, to his resume
The Dark Knight and The Machinist actor adds a Marvel movie to his impressive resume. The actor last appeared in 2019's Ford v Ferrari.
He's also known for roles in American Psycho, Empire of the Sun, and American Hustle. Bale received his only Academy Award win as Best Supporting Actor in The Fighter in 2010.
Bale's to-be Thor co-star Tessa Thompson confirmed that the actor will appear as a villain in Thor: Love & Thunder. Watch for it in late 2021!
