- Prince Harry and Meghan were back in the UK
- They met Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles
- THIS is why they didn't see Prince William and Kate
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan made headlines with a top-secret UK visit this week. They surprisingly met the Queen and Prince Charles before heading to the Invictus Games. But why didn't they see Prince William and Duchess Kate?
Snub? No Prince William and Prince Harry reunion this time
Harry and Meghan's stop in the UK probably would've been a bigger story yet had they crossed paths with William and Kate. The royal brothers, Prince William and Prince Harry, have had a notable feud going on for several years now.
But the couples didn't come together this week because William and Kate were out of the country. The couple took their children on a skiing trip in the French Alps and missed Harry and Meghan's time in England.
And it looks like they just missed each other. Reports began emerging on Thursday that William and Kate had been in France for a little while already. Then Harry and Meghan were in the UK on Wednesday and Thursday.
Also interesting:
Prince William and his family then returned home before Easter Sunday and went to church with Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
After their UK stop, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan debuted in the Netherlands for the Invictus Games on Friday. They've been having some fun and looking very happy during the event's opening weekend.
