Prince Louis is the first British Prince to be ranked behind an elder sister in the line of succession due to the Perth Agreement that ranks birthing order above gender in line of succession to the British throne.
Prince Louis was baptized on July 9th, 2018 in the Chapel Royale at St. James Church. Louis wore the replica of the royal christening gown created in 2008 to replace the 1841 original. This replica gown has been used for every royal christening since.
