Just before Christmas, photographer Benjamin Wareing has posted a very cute family photo of the Cambridge family on his Instagram account: A ggreat new family picture of Prince William (37), Duchess Caherine (37), Prince Louis (1), Prince George (6) and Princess Charlotte (4).

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Christmas card this year," Wareing writes in the caption. The royals have dressed up especially for this picture: Prince William in a blue shirt behind the wheel of a vintage motorcycle.
On his lap is little Prince Louis in blue overalls and a dark blue t-shirt. To the left of William is Duchess Catherine in a long blue summer dress.

Prince George leans against his dad's shoulder for the photo and wears red-white-blue checkered shorts and a dark blue t-shirt. Princess Charlotte presents herself a blue summer dress, matching her mother's.
It quickly becomes clear: For this year's Christmas card, the family has agreed on the color blue. In addition, because of the light clothing, it can be assumed that the picture was already taken in Summer. It has only now been sent out.
