Prince Harry and Prince William are apparently back on speaking terms with one another! A source has told Entertainment Tonight that following the loss of their grandfather Prince Philip, the estranged brothers have been talking on the phone about family matters.

Harry and William "are united" in honouring late mother Princess Diana

Harry and William had been spending an unspecified amount of time apart, which Harry revealed on Oprah with Meghan and Harry back in March. During the shocking interview, he told the talk show host that while he and William have "been through hell together," they needed "space at the moment." Despite their estrangement, the Duke of Sussex also added that "time heals all things."

Now, it seems the two brothers have come together again. According to the source, Harry and William "are united in their commitment to carry on their mother’s legacy despite the troubles that have existed over the past year." The insider confirmed that they will both attend the unveiling of a statue honouring their late mother Princess Diana in July.

Harry and William to reunite in person during Prince Philip's funeral

Harry and William are both currently in the United Kingdom ahead of Prince Philip's funeral on Saturday. The ceremony is expected to be simple and private, held at St George's Chapel. Another source has told Entertainment Tonight that the two royals will be part of the procession, following behind a Land Rover that carries Philip's coffin.

The brothers' recent reconnection marks the second time family matters have brought them together in recent months. Last year, Harry and William also chose to set aside their differences while their father, Prince Charles, battled coronavirus. While their relationship has certainly had its ups and downs, it's good to see the two princes coming together again!
