In the upcoming 14th episode of season 17, "Torres" (Wilmer Valderrama) and "Bishop" (Emily Wickersham) are victims of a hit-and-run with a black sports car and "Torres" eventually ends up in the ICU where he is fighting for his life

"Bishop", according to the promo, seems to be doing fine - it looks like she got away with a mere cut on her forehead. Did he maybe push her out of the way and ended up saving her life?

"It's bad," "Bishop" tells "Gibbs" (Mark Harmon) and then "Torres" is crashing - it really looks like the team is about to lose him.

NCIS Season 17: Is "Torres" leaving the show?!

But while it DOES look like he's not going to make it, there are still too many things to explore in the relationship between "Bishop" and "Torres" and the showrunners surely want to keep going with everything they've set up over the course of season 17.

Hopefully, his near-death-experience pushes him to finally take "Ziva's" (Cote de Pablo) advice and "tell her how you feel, you wuss"!

NCIS: Season 17 episode 14 ("On Fire") airs tonight, Tuesday January 28, at 8pm (7 central) on CBS.
