Talk show host Jimmy Kimmel announced to his audience that he would be taking a hiatus from the show Jimmy Kimmel Live! to spend the summer with his family. In the meantime he will be having many A-list stars taking the wheel for him until he returns, "I'm taking the summer off to spend even more time with my family. I've been doing this job for almost 18 years, I've done 3,130 shows, and there's nothing wrong, my family is healthy. I'm healthy. I just need a couple of months off."

While explaining this his long time frenemy award-winning actor Matt Damon snuck into the room in a very revealing robe. Apparently, Matt had been hiding out in Jimmy's spare room for 3 months during quarantine, hoping to be on his show (finally). Matt was very upset the host would be off, reducing his chances of being on the show.

At one point while the two are ridiculing each other, Jimmy's gorgeous wife Molly snuck out of the room Matt had been living in also robe-clad much to Jimmy's chagrin, "That's my wife. Why is my wife in the room!?" And when he realized the implications he shouted "You son of a b****, you did it again!"

Will they ever get along? And will Matt ever get on Jimmy's show? Luckily, we will still be getting a bit of Jimmy now that he is hosting the Emmy Awards for the 3rd year in a row! It will be done virtually but Jimmy assured it will be great saying "I don't know where we will do this or how we will do this or even why we are doing this, but we are doing it and I am hosting it."
