So in short, after William becomes King, if the relationship between William and Harry is not mended, Harry would likely more even farther away from the royal family but would not be affected in any way other than what has already been done.

Charles III is the current ruler of the United Kingdom after the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. Eventually when Charles passes away or if for some reason he were to abdicate the throne, William, Prince of Wales would become king and his title would pass on to Prince George if he were old enough.
