Queen Elizabeth II caused a stir earlier this year when she was photographed sitting next to the Queen of Fashion, Anna Wintour, at London Fashion Week. The Queen watched Richard Quinn's runway show before presenting him with the inaugural Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design.

New stamps released to mark Prince Charles's 70th birthday
The Prince of Wales celebrated his 70th birthday on 14th November. The Queen hosted a birthday party for Charles at Buckingham Palace and a selection of stamps were released to mark the Prince's seventieth decade. The selection included this lovely portrait of Prince Charles with his sons Prince Harry and Prince William.

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan
Fans of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were delighted when the couple announced that they were expecting their first child in October. While we don't know yet whether Meghan and Harry are having a boy or a girl, we do know that the newest member of the Royal Family will be arriving in Spring 2019!

Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice graced the cover of British Vogue this year.
