Prince William's new documentary about mental health awareness debuts this Thursday, May 28.
The film, titled Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health, sees the Duke of Cambridge open up his experience with fatherhood, trauma, and mental health.
In a new preview of the film, Prince William reveals that becoming a father was, for him, "the biggest life-changing moment." But, the father of three adds, "it's also one of the scariest."

The new documentary features interviews between Prince William and British sports stars. The aim of the film is to address the stigma surrounding men's mental health.
During a conversation with footballer Marvin Sordell, William was inspired to reflect on when he became a father as well as the passing of his mother, Princess Diana.
Sordell, 29, first expressed his own difficulty with adjusting to fatherhood. "You know, I found it really tough ... I grew up without my father ... I really struggled with my emotions at that time," he shared with the Prince.
"Having children is the biggest life-changing moment, it really is," William agreed. "I think when you've been through something traumatic in life, and that is like you say, your dad not being around, my mother dying when I was younger, the emotions come back, in leaps and bounds."
"I can completely relate to what you’re saying about children coming along — it’s one of the most amazing moments of life, but it's also one of the scariest," he revealed.
William became a father for the first time in 2013, when Prince George was born. He and Kate have further welcomed Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis since then.

The Duke of Cambridge added that he relies on strong communication and openness with his wife, Kate Middleton.
"Me and Catherine, particularly, we support each other and we go through those moments together and we kind of evolve and learn together," he shared.
The new film comes as part of the Cambridges' Heads Up campaign, which "will harness the influence and popularity of football to help show the nation that we all have mental health and it is just as important as physical health."
Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on May 28. You can watch the official trailer below.
