Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's secret wedding on July 17 was an amazing surprise for all fans of the royal family and the few pictures released by the palace afterward were clicked on millions of times. Now, there is a new picture of their special day and it is really a great one!
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo: A happy couple!
In the new photo, we see Beatrice and Edoardo emerging from the church right after their wedding, standing outside the Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor Great Park as husband and wife, and they just look so happy.
Royal fans also get a better look at Princess Beatrice's beautiful wedding dress this time. She wore a vintage Norman Hartnell gown on her wedding day and accessorized with Queen Mary's diamond fringe tiara - the dress was actually worn by Queen Elizabeth II when she married Prince Philip in 1947.
It turns out that Beatrice actually made a last-minute request to loan her grandmother's gown after changing her mind about her original dress. A friend of the royal couple later told People about the change of heart and the royal loan: "It was touching for both of them."
Beatrice and Edoardo are now on their honeymoon in France, as sources have confirmed over the weekend, and they also have their eyes on a longer trip to Lamu Island, near Kenya in August! We certainly wish them all the best for the future...!
