On Tuesday July 23rd, there was a Roots & Shoots Global Leadership Meeting in which Prince Harry attended with famed primatologist, Dr. Jane Goodall. During this meeting, young members of the program from around the world gathered to listen to Dr. Goodall. They were also lucky enough to see the Duke of Sussex perform his best animal impression!
Duchess Meghan's Idol: Jane Goodall
This isn't the first time that Prince Harry has met Jane Goodall. In fact, last month, the Dr. visited Frogmore Cottage to meet Prince Harry as well as Meghan Markle. According to People Magazine, Goodall told reporters that Archie is "very cure and very gentle," as well as the fact that Duchess Meghan "told me she's followed me all her life. She told me, 'You've been my idol since I was a child, I've hero worshiped you all my life.'"
Prince Harry has an interest in conservation
Dr. Goodall also talked about the fact that it doesn't surprise her that Prince Harry's interest in conservation has grown since he is now a father. She said that "when you bring a child into the world, you have to worry about the future. If we don't make change, we don't have a future. It's as simple as that."
