The series, filmed in Florida, dives into the dedication and skill required to compete at the highest level of polo. According to Netflix, 'POLO' promises to showcase the "fierce rivalries and intense training" that define the sport, offering unprecedented insights into the lives and careers of top polo talents.
Polo has long been a cherished tradition within the British royal family. Introduced by King George VI, the sport has been passionately embraced by Prince William and Prince Harry, both of whom began playing at a young age. Renowned player Malcolm Borwick highlighted Harry's boundary-pushing nature on the field, while Prince William's skill at adapting to playing left-handed was also praised.
