In Harry and Meghan's episode, they join three of the hosts to discuss mental health and breaking down stigma. "STAY TUNED FOR SATURDAY OH MY GODDD," the show tweeted earlier this week, before revealing the guests today.
The episode arrives on World Mental Health Day, a cause frequently championed by the Sussexes as well as Prince William and Duchess Kate.
According to Hello!, in the episode, the question of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's titles comes up, to which Harry replies "anything is fine." Host Gael reportedly lands on the nickname of "Big H" for the down-to-earth prince.

The Oct. 10 podcast will be Harry and Meghan's latest speaking-related event, as they recently made appearances on the TIME100 television special and delivered a video speech on systemic racism in the UK for Black History Month 2020.
Look for Big H and Meghan's episode of Teenager Therapy beginning on Saturday, Oct. 10 on all podcast platforms (Stitcher, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube). One day later, you can also catch the couple in conversation with Malala Yousafzai for International Day of the Girl.
