On Monday, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared an inspirational quote about courage on their official Instagram account amid their open struggles of constantly being in the public eye as part of the royal family. They have spoken openly about the strain they face in everyday life especially in their documentary, Harry & Meghan: An African Journey.

The quote they shared reads: "Courage doesn't mean you don't get afraid. Courage means you don't let fear stop you." The quote is from shark attack survivor and famous surfer, Bethany Hamilton. The quote was seen by over 220,000 people and they captioned the image, "An inspiring quote to begin the week!"
The royal couple talked about their struggles in the documentary as well as when they decided to sue some British tabloids for breaching privacy and copyright. We can only imagine how hard things are for the little family to be constantly scrutinized in the media and we applaud them for standing up for themselves during this hard time.
