A big change is coming up for Prince William, Duchess Kate and their children. The family of five is preparing to leave their longtime home in London – Kensington Palace. After months of rumours, they will finally move to Windsor this summer.
William and Kate are moving to Windsor
The Sunday Times reports that Prince William and Duchess Kate have picked out a home in Windsor, England. Their kids Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will also leave school in Battersea and start new programs in Windsor this fall.
According to the newspaper, William and Kate's team will remain in London, and they'll still keep their apartment at Kensington Palace. Nor will they give up their country home Anmer Hall.

The move apparently sets up another future change: an eventual relocation to Windsor Castle. Queen Elizabeth II currently lives there, but Prince Charles plans to stay at Buckingham Palace when he becomes King.
The Cambridge family would then reportedly take Windsor Castle when Prince Charles is on the throne. That'll be a big upgrade for the family, as Prince William would be heir to the throne at that time...
