Gorgeous Princess Beatrice was in constant smiles while marrying Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on July 17th, 2020. Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's daughter wore a jaw-dropping and elegant dress with a very similar design and shape to her mother's wedding dress. The ivory Peau de Soie taffeta dress was designed by the very same designer who designed her grandmother Queen Elizabeth II's dress, Norman Hartnell. She was even lucky enough to use a tiara loaned to her by her grandmother Queen Elizabeth II, the very tiara the Queen wore during her own wedding to Prince Philip in 1947.

The Duchess of Sussex wore an amazingly simple but elegant wedding dress on their wedding day on May 19th, 2018. The official statement of the royal family about the dress reads as follows: "Ms. Meghan Markle’s wedding dress has been designed by the acclaimed British designer, Clare Waight Keller. Ms. Waight Keller last year became the first female Artistic Director at the historic French fashion house Givenchy. (...)True to the heritage of the house, the pure lines of the dress are achieved using six meticulously placed seams. The focus of the dress is the graphic open bateau neckline that gracefully frames the shoulders and emphasises the slender sculpted waist. The lines of the dress extend towards the back where the train flows in soft round folds cushioned by an underskirt in triple silk organza. The slim three-quarter sleeves add a note of refined modernity."Enough said!

We were stunned when we first saw Princess Eugenie's wedding dress as she was led into St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on October 12th, 2018. The dress, designed by Peter Piloto and Christopher de Vos, featured a white portrait neckline and Eugenie was not wearing a veil. Instead, the royal bride chose the so-called Grenville Tiara, which was previously owned by Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. What a beautiful bride she was!

On July 29th 1981, Lady Diana took everyone's breath away, marrying Charles, Prince of Wales at St. Paul‘s Cathedral in London. A 25-foot train and a gown made of ivory silk taffeta and antique lace completed the fairytale appearance. She even had two designers: David and Elizabeth Emanuel. It was perfect for the 1980's and is still an eye catcher every time we look at the pictures.
