Zayn Malik Must Serve 360 Days Probation Amid Domestic Violence Allegations!

Zayn Malik won't bend when it comes to the allegations against him in which he became violent and aggressive towards his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid's mother, Yolanda Hadid. However, when it comes to the authorities, they're taking Yolanda's side, and are giving Malik probation! Read on to learn more!

In case you missed it, Zayn Malik and Yolanda Hadid are in some major drama, and apparently, it got so bad Mailk got violent with the mother of his girlfriend.

The "Pillow Talk" singer denied all allegations surrounding the altercation, but the court ruled in favour of Yolanda and demanded 360-day probation.

Both Gigi Hadid and Yolanda Hadid have charged the ex-One Direction star with assault after an argument broke out on September 29 of this year. Yolanda decided to go forth with bringing the argument to police and alleged that the singer held her in a violent grip.

According to police documents, a huge argument broke out between Yolanda and Malik at the family home in Pennsylvania and has been charged with four counts of harassment.

According to the report, Malik allegedly grabbed Yolanda by the arm and shoved her into a dresser causing emotional distress as well as some physical harm.

According to the report, the singer also yelled a slew of insults at Yolanda, saying that she will never see her granddaughter, Khai, again.

"I adamantly deny striking Yolanda Hadid, and for the sake of my daughter I decline to give any further details and I hope that Yolanda will reconsider her false allegations and move towards healing these family issues in private," Malik said in a statement issued to TMZ.

Malik was charged with additional harassment charges after he allegedly yelled at his girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Gigi, that she needed to "Strap on some f**ing balls and defend your partner against your f**ing mother in my house."

He also was further charged for trying to fight with the family security guard, John McMahon. Malik has pleaded no contest with the charges, however, it was documented as a guilty charge.

The singer is set to be on probation for 90 days for each count of harassment, making it a total of 360. If he managed to not violate probation, he can end it at 6 months. In addition to probation, Malik will also have to take anger management courses, as well as a domestic violence program.

Malik is also barred from seeing McMahon or Yolanda.
