After ending his Grey's career, Knight had more time for his dating life! He met now husband Patrick Leahy in 2010, and the pair wed in upstate New York in 2013.
Those who attended their wedding included Knight's co-stars Katherine Heigl and Kate Walsh. According to People, Heigl has stated that T.R. is one of her "best friends".

The pair seem to be enjoying their low-key life. From their Instagram, you can definitely tell Knight and Leahy are the outdoorsy type! Knight is constantly posting about their adventures in national parks across the States... with their adorable dogs no less.
T.R. Knight has recently appeared in the sitcom re-boot Will & Grace, and will also star in A Higher Loyalty, a miniseries based on former FBI director James Comey.
