You probably know Tan France is currently the fashion expert in Netflix's Queer Eye. But did you know that Carson Kressley was actually the fashion advisor in Bravo's original version of the show Queer Eye for the Straight Guy? Yes. He was part of the "Fab Five," alongside Ted Allen (food and wine expert,) Kyan Douglas (grooming,) Jai Rodriguez (culture,) and Thom Filicia (interior design.)

Born in Pennsylvania in 1969, the amazing Carson Kressley has been active in show business for many years. We were delighted to see him hosting the iconic show How to Look Good Nakedas well as competing in season 13 of Dancing with the Stars. But what is the 50-year-old fashion expert doing now?

Since 2015 the fabulous Carson has been a judge on RuPaul's Drag Race, alongside Merle Ginsberg, Michelle Visage, and former Project Runway star Santino Rice. In the past few years the fashion expert has also published a couple of books including Does This Book Make My Butt Look Big?: A Cheeky Guide to Feeling Sexier in Your Own Skin and Unleashing Your Personal Style.

Just last year Carson Kressley teamed up with his Queer Eye for the Straight Guy co-star Thom Filicia for a new Bravo television series called Get a Room, where Thom mentors Carson in the interior design business, featuring two clients each episode.
