Elisabeth Moss has addressed the speculation regarding whether or not she's in a relationship with Tom Cruise! When Moss appeared on Monday's episode of Watch What Happens Live, she answered a question about her reaction to the rumours that she and Cruise are engaged.
"How did you miss that?" Moss asked Cohen. "Oh my god, I would've been so excited for you, I would've DMed you," the talk show host jokingly replied.
Moss on Tom Cruise relationship rumours: "it's clearly not me"
Moss said that when she herself heard the news of the "engagement", she was "actually confused" by it. She shared that she'd "mainly received a bunch of texts from people being like, 'I didn't know, why didn't you tell me?'" According to Moss, the texts weren't serious. Instead, she says that her friends were "poking fun at it because obviously, they knew it wasn't true".
However, the rumours escalated even further. Moss shares that she saw the story on the cover of a gossip magazine... but the picture they used wasn't even of her! "I was like, ‘I’ve never had that haircut," she said. "Like, it was supposed to be a picture of the two of us and I was like, ‘I’ve never styled my hair like that.' It's clearly not me".

Both Moss and Cruise are part of the Church of Scientology, which explains why people have connected the two. However, Moss has made it clear that there's nothing happening romantically between them!
Her co-star from The Invisible Man, Aldis Hodge, congratulated Moss, joking that "you know you've made it when people are congratulating you on who you're marrying". "Thank you!" Moss exclaimed, playing along. "I'll take that".
