The former royal prince wrote in their card a few years ago: "This year we welcomed our daughter Lilibet into the world. Archie made us "mama" and "papa" and Lili made us a family, Prince Harry." The quotation marks next to "Mama" and "Papa" indicate that Archie calls his parents that and does not use the common British terms "Mum" and "Dad". This is how he is continuing a custom of the Royal Family, because Prince Charles lovingly called his father "Papa".
