Tom Cruise has made his voice heard on the set of Mission: Impossible 7.

Tom Cruise's Mission: Impossible rant leads crew to quit
According to the source, Cruise's nearly 3-minute rant escalated matters, but he had another "meltdown" after the audio went viral. "The first outburst was big but things haven't calmed since," the source told The Sun.
"Tension has been building for months and this was the final straw. Since [the outburst] became public there has been more anger and several staff have walked," they added.
Audio of Cruise's expletive-filled tirade leaked on Tuesday. He reportedly witnessed crew members breaking COVID-19 distancing protocols, after which he became enraged. In the clip, he's heard screaming about the privilege to be making films during the pandemic and how the production of M:I7 is a pivotal test for the future of the industry.
M:I7: Audio leaked of Tom Cruise's outburst with threats
This week, The Sun obtained audio of the original rant, in which Cruise is heard yelling: "We are the gold standard! They're back there in Hollywood making movies right now because of us! Because they believe in us and what we're doing!"
He continued, "I'm on the phone with every f***ing studio at night, insurance companies, producers, and they're looking at us and using us to make their movies. We are creating thousands of jobs you motherf***ers, I don't ever want to see it again. Ever! And if you don't do it, you're fired, and I see you do it again, you're f***ing gone."
The fiery speech—reportedly before 50 workers—went viral and apparently all the attention only added to the misgivings of both Cruise and the crew. In case you missed it, you can listen to the jarring audio here.
