The film, starring Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie looks to be an absolute crowd-pleaser everywhere, except in the country of Vietnam! The government there has officially banned the film from screening in theatres due to a dispute over the South China Sea map. But, why do that exactly?
Politics and movies don't often mix well
It's all to do with a scene featuring a map that shows China’s unilaterally claimed territory in the South China Sea, as state media reported on Monday.
