He was one of the most popular child actors of the early nineties. Culkin’s breakthrough had already happened in 1989, when he appeared alongside the legendary John Candy in Uncle Buck. Hits like Home Alone and Home Alone 2: Lost In New York followed and only furthered his stardom. Unfortunately, he couldn’t really build on his success and he only popped up on the big screen sporadically, like in 2002, when he was featured in the film Party Monster. In 2015 and 2016, he was part of the Jim Gaffigan Show and was preparing to shoot a movie with his buddy Seth Green.
He recently announced the birth of his first child with Brenda Song in 2021.

When Macaulay Culkin was 18, he married his fellow actress Rachel Miner – they were divorced only twelve months later. From 2002 to 2011, he was in a relationship with Mila Kunis. He was arrested for possession in 2004.
