Matt LeBlanc recently appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show, where he revisited stories from his days on the original 10 seasons of Friends. In the pre-taped interview, Clarkson asked LeBlanc about fan and media hysteria at the height of the show's popularity.
"You know, there were some weird things that happened back then," LeBlanc said.

"I remember one time, it was during the week, I had been flipping channels and watching the news and for some reason, they had a split-screen on the TV, six quadrants," he began.
"Each was a live shot of each one of our houses, like a helicopter shot. I was watching it and there was no information or news, it was just showing houses," he recalled.

Despite the invasion of privacy, LeBlanc had a fun takeaway from the situation. "I remember looking closely at my house and thinking 'F— I need a new roof.' So the helicopter flies away and I get the ladder and I go up there."

Friends reunion is still coming to HBO Max
Friends is set to return in a reunion special with HBO Max. However, the production was delayed amid concerns about the coronavirus pandemic.
"It's not a scripted thing, it's not like an episode," LeBlanc said of the reunion. "It's more of the six of us together talking about the good old days." The highly-anticipated reunion comes after Friends had its finale in 2004. Look for it to resume production when it's safe to do so!
