- Prince Harry opened about his "first time" in Spare
- He told the whole story but didn't identify the woman
- Sasha Walpole now says it was her and has given interviews
In Prince Harry's book Spare, the royal recounts a "humiliating" anecdote from when he was a student at Eton College in 2001.
In the book, he writes about being 16 or 17 and having his first passionate night with a friend in an open field, after drinking plenty of alcohol and smoking.
"I mounted her quickly, after which she spanked my ass and sent me away. One of my many mistakes was letting it happen in a field, just behind a very busy pub. No doubt someone had seen us."
Sasha Walpole comes forward as Prince Harry's first lover
In the book, Prince Harry leaves the identity of the woman a mystery. But now it seems that she has revealed herself.
It was Sasha Walpole, a former employee of King Charles. The two were celebrating Walpole's 19th birthday, and she described the encounter as "passionate and sparky," but between friends.
Also interesting:
"The sex was passionate and sparky because we shouldn’t have been doing it. One thing just quickly led to another. We ended up on the floor," Walpole told The Sun.
"I gave Harry a cigarette," she continued. "I lit mine and then his. [...] He started to kiss me. He was wearing boxers. There was no chatting, no words. [...] We were away for 15 minutes but the sex was about five minutes."
Confirming Harry's version of events, Walpole also said: "Afterwards, I did grab his bum and gave him a slap."
Although it was brief, the Prince's security was already looking for him by the time they returned...
