According to Vogue, Meghan's dress was a blue-ombré design by Christopher John Rogers. Many fans on social media felt it evoked a Versace gown worn by Harry's mother Princess Diana.
Princess Diana wore her blue dress — with a similar one-shoulder design — to a dinner and dance in Sydney, Australia, in October 1996. Sadly, that was under a year before her untimely death.
