She also took to social media to share a video from Windsor Castle and another message of gratitude as well.

Queen Elizabeth II: "We thank you all"

The video clip shared on Twitter shows the courtyard at Windsor Castle with the entire staff clapping and cheering for the NHS workers across the nation.

About an hour before the video was shared, the Twitter account of the royal family sent out a separate message, thanking all "scientists, medical practitioners and emergency and public services" in the country, who are putting their health at risk to save others.

Meanwhile, the Queen's great grandchildren also showed their appreciation for the NHS staff in a cute video, that shows Prince George and his siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis clapping vigorously!
