- Prince William has a beard (again)
- It suits him perfectly
- What do you think of his new look?
On September 5, 2024, Prince William visited the exhibition "Homelessness: Reframed" at the Saatchi Gallery in London. This exhibition was created in collaboration with the Eleven Eleven Foundation and the Prince's Homewards campaign. Launched in June 2023, the campaign aims to tackle homelessness.
Prince William wears a beard (again) - fans are thrilled
Prince William surprised his fans with a new look during his visit - he sported a three-day beard. The first time he showed a slight beard was in a video from August 11 in which he and Princess Kate congratulated Team Great Britain on their success at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
This was the first time in eight years that the Prince of Wales had been seen with a beard. Even then, fans of the royals were beside themselves - the internet was teeming with compliments and positive messages about William's little makeover.
However, a few weeks later, on August 25, he appeared clean-shaven again when he took Kate to Crathie Kirk Church near Balmoral Castle in Scotland. Now he seems to have changed his mind again.
After a short summer break with his wife and their three children, William is returning to more public engagements. During his visit, Prince William met artists whose work is featured in the exhibition, as well as people whose experiences inspired some of the artworks.
Prince William also spoke to acclaimed British photographer Rankin, who collaborated on the exhibition and spent time with children from the charity Creative Kids, who created artwork for the 'Open Doors' part of the exhibition.
The exhibition 'Homelessness: Reframed' highlights the complexities of homelessness in the UK and invites the public to better understand the stories of affected individuals through art.
