During a recent visit to DAY1 in Scotland, a charity that offers support to vulnerable young people, the royal couple got stuck into a game involving a ping pong ball and a cup.

A video shared by a fan account shows Prince William nailing the game on his first try, much to the delight of the children present. "You've done that before," Princess Kate teased, wearing a playful smile.

When it was Kate's turn, she traced several circles around the upside-down cup before attempting to bounce the ball in. After a few misses, Prince William couldn't help but joke, "We'll be here all day!"

This isn't the first time the royal couple has shared a laugh at each other's expense. In 2016, Kate joked about her cooking skills, saying, "William has to put up with my cooking most of the time," to which he retorted: "It’s the reason I’m so skinny."

Prince William and Princess Kate are known for their competitive streaks during royal outings. They recently joked about their competitive sides on an episode of 'The Good, The Bad & The Rugby' podcast.

Supportive spouses

Despite their teasing, the royal couple also showed their supportive sides. When a child asked Kate who she was, she replied, "Who am I? I'm married to William." This response highlighted her supportive role to her husband, the current heir to the throne.
