Prince Harry talks about scheduling "me time"
Prince Harry chatted with sports star Serena Williams during the session, which was hosted by BetterUp. A known advocate for mental health, Harry joined forces with the California-based firm as its chief impact officer last year. The royal was candid during the talk, admitting that he can "experience burnout" and revealing his personal self-care routine. He also shared how he makes time for himself!
The Duke of Sussex said while self-care tends to be "the first thing that drops away" in his day, he always looks for a window of time to dedicate to it. Harry shared that when there is "a break in our program," he takes it as a chance to "workout, take the dog for a walk, get out in nature, maybe meditate."
