- Meghan Markle is trying to trademark a word
- The word she applied to trademark is "archetypes"
- Archetypes is the name of her new Spotify podcast
Duchess Meghan is coming back in a big way with her own podcast this summer. It's called Archetypes — and it turns out Meghan wants to trademark that title ahead of her podcast launch.
Meghan Markle applies to trademark a word: "Archetypes"
Meghan and her husband Prince Harry are partnered with Spotify on a podcast deal. The Duchess of Sussex finally outlined plans for her Archetypes podcast last month, and she officially applied to trademark the name of her show, according to the MailOnline.
The "archetypes" trademark would involve all sorts of media and products, and it could get complicated because there is already a skin care and cleaning products firm called Archetypes.
But Meghan and Harry mean business. Their Archewell Audio company has applied for the trademark at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
