On Saturday January 18th, Queen Elizabeth II released an official statement about Harry and Meghan's future. The statement can be read as follows:

The changes will happen in spring 2020
"Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved members of my family," she writes. A separate statement from Buckingham Palace also revealed that these changes will be taking effect in Spring 2020.

Meghan and Harry will lose their HRH titles
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are grateful to Her Majesty and the Royal Family for their ongoing support as they embark on the next chapter of their lives. As agreed in this new arrangement, they understand that they are required to step back from Royal duties, including official military appointments. They will no longer receive public funds for Royal duties." the statement said, before revealing that Harry and Meghan will be giving up their HRH titles.

The Sussexes will "repay Sovereign Grant expenditure"
Meghan and Harry also have plans to "repay Sovereign Grant expenditure for the refurbishment of Frogmore Cottage, which will remain their UK family home." Sources are speculating however that in a few months, Harry and Meghan will primarily call North America their home.
