The History Behind The Spirit Of Anmer Hall
It is said that the spirit of the priest who was hanged for his religion returned to Anmer Hall and still wanders there to this day.
However, according to People, William took the news philosophically, saying:
"No old hall would be complete without a ghost, would it?"
William seems to have had good luck with the old mansion, as he has spent many weekends and holidays there.
