Prince Harry testifies on the dangers of tabloids
Harry appeared in court to offer testimony about the publishers of Britain's tabloid newspaper 'Daily Mirror'. Mirror Group Newspapers has been accused by the Prince and others of illegally obtaining information through unlawful methods that include phone hacking.
The Mirror Group has insisted that it only used public documents, statements and sources to legally publish reports.
'NBC' reports that Harry said he was speaking out against “some of the editors and journalists that are responsible for causing a lot of pain, upset and in some cases, speaking personally, death”.
He blames the press for his mother's death
"How much more blood will stain their typing fingers before someone can put a stop to this madness?" Prince Harry said in his June 6 testimony, via 'NBC'. According to the Duke of Sussex, he holds the paparazzi responsible for the death of his mother, Princess Diana, in 1997.

The prince has also accused the British media of hounding his wife, Meghan, which is what caused the couple to abandon royal life and move to the U.S.
"Democracy fails when your press fails to scrutinize and hold the government accountable, and instead choose to get into bed with them so they can ensure the status quo," Prince Harry said in his testimony.
