Did Prince Edward and Countess Sophie tune in to Oprah with Meghan and Harry?
It seems they may have, judging by their humorous responses when asked this weekend. The Earl and Countess of Wessex gave a new interview which came with some big reveals about the royals and Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan.
Prince Edward and Countess Sophie talk Harry and Meghan
While speaking to The Telegraph, Edward and Sophie were asked directly if they watched the bombshell Oprah interview from back in March.
They had a cheeky response. Prince Edward joked: "Oprah who?" His wife added: "Yes, what interview?" That was all they had to say about it, however.
But Countess Sophie did reveal that she had a "lengthy chat" with Prince Harry during his UK return for Prince Philip's funeral back in April. She called the talk "nice."
Sophie added: "We are still a family no matter what happens, we always will be."
Prince Edward and Countess Sophie
Prince Edward, the youngest child of the Queen and Prince Philip, and his wife Countess Sophie are now the latest royals to offer a quick reaction to Oprah with Meghan and Harry.
Previously, Prince William shot down a reporter who asked him about the racism allegations made against the Royal Family in the interview. Prince Charles also ignored a reporter who questioned him on his son's interview in the days after it aired.
The Palace did initially respond with a statement saying they took Harry and Meghan's allegations of racism "very seriously," but no follow-up statement has come as of yet.
