According to Express, an insider reveals that Kate was pleasantly surprised by her children with a special welcome party. Although they couldn't visit her in the hospital, they likely connected through video calls.
The royal children showed great care and creativity during this time: "They all made 'get well soon' cards and prepared some of their favorite snacks," the insider shared. Now, they continue to support Duchess Kate during her recovery at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.
