But as Richard Eden of the 'Daily Mail' reports, this service and duty for two of their three children may not include the role of a working royal. "What he told me made me worry about the future of the monarchy," Eden wrote about what a source told him.
The future is different
"The friend said William was in 'full agreement' with his father [King Charles] on the need for a 'streamlined monarchy'. He told me: 'When the older members of the family retire, His Royal Highness will not invite anyone to become working royals."
