Prince Harry and his wife Duchess Meghan have been branded the "big losers" of the royal family in 2020, ever since they decided to step back as senior members of the royal family and moved to North America.
Royal author Phil Dampier (he wrote the book "Prince Philip: Wise Words and Golden Gaffes") has told the Express that he thinks the couple has become "somewhat irrelevant" in the UK after moving to Canada and then relocating to Los Angeles, where Harry reportedly feels "rudderless".
Dampier told the Express the following: "I think the lockdown has been good image-wise for all of the royals except for Harry and Meghan. They are the big losers in this because they now look somewhat isolated and somewhat irrelevant in this country."
"They still might have a massive role to play internationally or in America but I think people just shrug their shoulders in the UK. They’re just not really interested whereas all the other royals have gone up in popularity and have also played their roles very well."
