Tyler Perry, the American actor and filmmaker. In the documentary, Perry described the moment he was asked the special question.
"I go, 'OK, what's going on?'" Perry recalled. "They said, 'Well, we'd like for you to be Lili's godfather.' I go, 'Whoa.' I had to take a minute to take that in."
After pausing to let it sink in, Perry says he told Harry and Meghan: "I'd be honored. I'd absolutely be honored."
