- Prince Harry and Meghan returned to the UK
- Their time in England was top secret
- Were Archie and Lili with to meet the Queen?
Royal fans are stunned by Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's sudden return to the UK.
The visit was kept top secret, but they arrived on Wednesday and met in private with Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles. There are still big question marks, but were Harry and Meghan's kids Archie and Lili along for the trip?
Did the Queen finally meet baby Lilibet Diana?
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan welcomed their daughter Lilibet Diana in June 2021, and she was named after the Queen. But since she was born in the US, she's never met her namesake, Queen Elizabeth.
And it sadly doesn't look like the meeting happened on the visit. TMZ reports that Harry and Meghan did not bring their children on this trip, which will see them in the Netherlands starting on Friday for the Invictus Games.
Also interesting:
The big hurdle for a family reunion has been security fears. Prince Harry is clashing with the British government over police protection and says he is "unable" to bring his family to the UK at the moment.
A royal expert recently even predicted the Queen will never meet baby Lili due to this conflict. Nevertheless, Harry and Meghan still showed up in the UK. Their presence was kept secret until late on Thursday evening.
Prince Harry and Meghan start festivities for the Invictus Games on Friday in The Hague, Netherlands, and the competition runs April 16 to 22.
