Kate Garraway, star of Good Morning Britain, has thanked Prince William and Duchess Catherine in a new Instagram post for their support. The TV presenter shared a picture on her account and expressed her gratitude to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, whom she met this month to interview them for the Pride of Britain Awards.

In her post on Instagram, Kate Garraway shared a snapshot of the frontpage of the Thursday edition of the Daily Mirror, which shows Prince William and Duchess Catherine alongside a quote about the mother-of-two: "You're amazing Kate, we'd both like to give you a hug,".
And Garraway captioned the picture in the sweetest way: "What an incredible honour to be beside @KensingtonRoyal as they paid tribute to our extraordinary frontline [...] heroes who have risked so much for us all in the fight against Covid-19. Thank you Pride of Britain and Daily Mirror. Do join in paying tribute to Britain’s heroes at Pride of Britain Sunday night on ITV."
And it didn't take long for Kate Garraway's followers to respond to her heartfelt post. One wrote: "I think thousands would love to give you a hug but sending a virtual hug from me," while another agreed: "We’d all like to give you a hug, you're amazing xx."
Duchess Catherine told Garraway when they met to film for the Pride of Britain Awards: "I think you're amazing to do this as I know you've had such a hard time yourself," referring to the fact that Kate's husband Derek Draper was hospitalized with coronavirus in March and still remains in a serious condition...
