Duchess Kate Honours Manchester Victims In THIS Touching Way

Duchess Kate recently accompanied Prince William to Manchester, as the couple paid tribute to the victims of the tragic bombing that occurred in 2017. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were present for the opening of a new memorial called the Glade of Light, commemorating the 22 lives taken after an attack at an Ariana Grande concert.

Duchess Kate was seen bringing a beautiful bouquet of blue and white flowers to the memorial site. There, the royal delicately placed them down, along with the other floral arrangements that people brought there.

Kate didn't just honour the victims of the Manchester attack through her actions, as her accessories also show that they were on her mind! The pink rubber bracelet the Duchess of Cambridge wears says "we choose love," which is a fitting message for the occasion.

Furthermore, Kate sported some dangly gold earrings that featured bees on them. By wearing the symbol of Manchester, the royal really showed that her heart was with its people on the solemn day.

Kate and William also attended a special reception that was held inside Manchester Cathedral. There, the royal couple had the opportunity to personally engage with some of those who were affected by the senseless tragedy, including first responders.
