Duchess Meghan (39) and Prince Harry (36) became parents of little Lilibet Diana last Friday. Now, it seems that the new family of four has decided to take a break from their busy lives. As the couple announced, both of them are on parental leave.
Harry and Meghan are taking a break from their Archewell organization
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan have decided to take a much-deserved break after the recent birth of their daughter. They announced this news on the website of their organization Archewell. At the end of the statement about Lilibet's birth it says: "While the Duke and Duchess are on parental leave, Archewell will continue to do important work and publish stories on the site. We look forward to seeing you!"
Since stepping down as senior members of the British Royal Family in 2020, the couple has been focused on Archewell. In addition to the non-profit foundation, the organization also includes its film and TV production company. Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry thank their fans and ask them to donate money to various organizations instead of gifts.
Lilibet Diana is the second child of Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry. In 2019 their son Archie (2) was born. This is the first time the family can spend time together.
