Vanderpump Rules alumni Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are saying goodbye to their marriage, but it would appear there is no animosity between the two, and TMZ reported them out in Hollywood just a week after announcing the split.
Divorce from their "irreconcilable differences"
Amid their separation, court documents obtained by People reveal that the couple officially split in February, about a month before they announced their split to Instagram.
Along with announcing the reason as "irreconcilable differences" Maloney also stated she doesn't wish for either party to get spousal support and that there should be an equal separating of assets.
The two were seen in season 8 of VPR buying their first home in the Californian valley, just outside of Los Angeles. Schwartz, who was working alongside another VPR member, Tom Sandoval, on their bar TomTom.
Last season, tensions came to a head when Sandoval and Schwartz started a new business, a bar in L.A., Schwartz and Sandy's. The bar, however, was very slow to get moving, and the money issues along with the personal relationships between Sandoval and Schwartz caused some tension with his marriage to Maloney.

The couple were also spotted having lunch at an outdoor patio in Los Angeles, with Maloney sharing the paparazzi snaps saying, "It's all good".
A source close to the couple said that they were "excellent roommates", according to People. They also shared that the two had been "lacking intimacy" for some time.
In the last season of the show, Maloney shared that it's challenging seeing a lot of her castmates have babies all at the same time. VPR alum Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Shay, Brittney Cartwright, and Lala Kent all had babies within the last year.
