Celebs Who Kept Their Cancer Diagnosis A Secret

However, when it comes to something life-threatening such as cancer, many wish to keep their diagnosis secret until they are able to beat the disease. For whatever reason they have, many have kept this aspect of their life secret — some overcame it, and some, sadly, did not. The public only knew they had cancer years after when they spoke about it or passed away.
