Sarah Michelle Gellar's latest Instagram post certainly had fans of Buffy the Vampire Slayer excited, and for good reason!
On Thursday, the actress shared a photo of herself wearing one of her iconic outfits from the show— the dress and leather jacket combo that her character "Buffy" wore to prom! "All dressed up and no where to go," Gellar wrote.

Gellar references "Prophecy Girl" episode in caption for her pic
Gellar's dress was originally seen in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer season 1 finale episode, "Prophecy Girl." That's why the actress also quoted a line from that episode in her caption! "I say we party," she said, including the hashtags "#safeathome" and "#prophecygirl."
As People reports, many Buffy fans commented on Gellar's post, recognizing the iconic look. "I may be dead but I'm still pretty," several wrote, in reference to one of "Buffy's" lines from the episode.

And when a fan asked Gellar if she was wearing "THE dress," Gellar confirmed that it was in fact the same one she wore on Buffy. "You know it," she said.
However, don't expect her to revisit another outfit from the show any time soon! That's because she replied to a fan on Instagram saying that the "Prophecy Girl" dress "might be all I have."
