Kyle Richards has never been one to shy away from the fact that losing her mother to breast cancer in 2002 has caused her to feel major anxiety and fear surrounding facing another loss of a loved one.
On Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle opens up once more about that fear following her older sister Kim's breast implant removal surgery.
Two sisters sticking close together
It's no secret that Kim and Kyle Richards have gone through major highs and lows throughout their relationship, both on- and off-screen. But, despite all the fights, they always will have each other's back!
"It's no secret that Kim and I have a very complicated relationship. When Kim and I are bad, we are really bad," Kyle said in confessional, while clips of previous fights played.

"That's time that we can never get back," Kyle continued, speaking of the many fallouts that ensued while Kim was on the show.
"But when we're good, nobody can make me laugh harder than my sister Kim," Kyle added.

On the week of the surgery, Kyle drove her older sister to her final checkup, and as the doctor expressed his surprise at their resemblance, Kim revealed their mother used to call them "chocolate and vanilla."
"It deflated," Kim, 55, said of her breast implants.
For the procedure, Dr. Handel said his plan was to remove the implants and "do a breast uplift on both sides to make her look as normal and symmetrical as possible".
"Because you had a previous lumpectomy to remove a benign tumour, now she's left with deformity because of that," Dr. Handel told Kyle.
Remembering her sister's experience with a benign tumour, Kyle reveals, "It was very scary, obviously, because we lost our mom to breast cancer."
"I can't even talk about it, it gives me so much anxiety," Kyle said in a confessional. "Everyone always tells me, 'If you're stressed or anxious, that can create cancer.' Well great!"
For Kyle, the thought of a doctor finding something during Kim's procedure is understandably terrifying for her.
"I don't want to think about something being wrong with my sister," Kyle told the cameras. "It terrifies me."
"I lost my mom to breast cancer, so when I see Kim with this doctor, it's all I can think about," she added.
"My mom just wanted to pretend like she was fine because she was so scared to die," Kyle said as she began to tear up. "And I can remember thinking, you know I kind of want her to be like, 'It's okay, this is life,' but she wasn't that person. She would tell me, she would say to me, 'Kyle, I don't want to die. I'm terrified and I still have so much to teach you,'" Kyle recalled, wiping away tears.
"She said, 'I don't want to leave, I don't want to miss out on anything with you girls,'" said Kyle.
Thankfully, following the procedure Dr. Handel only had positive things to say about Kim, adding that she looked "perfect" and there was no sign for concern.
